Say hello to a NEW WAY of working with Plug-ins of all types! Unify can work with MIDI Effects, Instruments and Audio Effects in creative fun and inspiring ways. Unify includes plug-ins VST2, VST3 and Audio Units (Mac only) PLUS a Standalone application for PC and Mac. One of the cool things with Unify is that any format of plug-in can load other formats of plug-ins – meaning the Audio Unit version can easily load VST3 and VST plug-ins while you’re using it in Logic Pro X (which doesn’t know what to do with VST or VST3 plug-ins). We talked to a number of small (like us) developers who have made some rather amazing free plug-ins in the last 20 years and received their blessing to include their plug-ins and audio effects – along with our own Guru Sample Player and 14 Effects we built ourselves so that Unify ships with 625 ready-to-play patches when you install it.
That puts Unify in a totally different class than any other “Host” PlugIn: we include 6 Instrument and 40 effect plug-ins that John “Skippy” Lehmkuhl used to make the 625 patches that are included and play the second you install Unify. From simple basses and pads to complex 12 layers of plugins doing incredible rhythmic wavesequence types of sounds and everything in-between, it’s breathtaking what has been created here.

UNIFIED LIBRARIES – A Unified Library is where we save out each factory patch from a specific Plug-In in Unify format. YOU MUST OWN THE PLUG-IN the library of patches are create for For example, if you don’t own the Cherry Audio Dreamsynth, then don’t download the Unified Dreamsynth library for it.
The advantages of these Unified libraries are many:
All the factory patches from a plug-in are saved in our easy to view browser, organized by category. Many synths organize their factory patches in very different ways, this puts them all into an organized, easy to find layout.
In Unify you can simply change the Patch Loading Mode (Lower Right corner) from “Normal” to “Unify / Layer”, and now any new patch you select from the browser is added to your existing patch for immediate layers/building of sounds. This ability is impossible in every other plug-in out there and makes Unify truly unique.
In order to use these Unified Patches, you need to own the specific Plug-In, and have for the most part the VST2 version of this plug-in added to Unify’s “Known PlugIn” list.

A creative delight!
The best kept secret for inspiring my creativity and inspiration. I find that having Unify as a portal for everything else ‘soft’ that I have acquired over years in my musical armoury has been a game changer. The ease of layering is astounding and although my Unify libraries alone provide everything I probably need, it is so simple to add my existing favourite instruments / patches / effects to ensure that almost anything is possible. I have also learnt so much from John’s weekly livestreams benefitting from his wealth of knowledge and engaging presentation. I can’t imagine logging into Logic without loading up Unify in my template. Highly recommended (to put it mildly!)
Just amazing
I was on the fence about buying this, but now that I’ve spent time with it, all I can say is that was time lost with an amazing product. The amount of value this adds to both paid and free synths is astounding. I like to buy sound design from top authors, and this product delivers like no other. Plus it solves the technical issue of too many synths on a single cpu thread by allocating them to their own cpu threads. It solves the portability issue of taking complex sound designs from studio DAW to live box. And it does multi voice poly of a bunch of mono synths. And these are all just the tip of the iceberg.

Unify is the beast for music creation
If I had Unify 15 years ago, I could have been a contender. The tuts John does for the features in Unify are points of light that can be used in so many different ways.
Get Unify. Watch John’s tuts on how to use it. There is much more than that in John’s tuts. It will open your eyes to the world of modulation and layering. Unify in my opinion is the most innovative product to hit the market in quite some time. Get it.

When using Unify, I always feel that some really smart people have put a lot of thought into this software, how it will be used, and how they would use it. It’s truly a pleasure to use digital music software that has had so much care and attention put into it. Really, really good.
The only plugin you really want
Unifying Windows and Mac, extended midi control, making virtual synths performing better and so usable. It’s hard to not be inspired when playing with this hidden treasure. I’m so thankful for Unify, because now I’m actually using all my presets from my synths!

Unilofi Vi is diffidently one of Unify's best work so far – take the time to take a deep drive into this library! If you do, you will find how really good it is, that is that all most fifty precent of the patch's are useable, that "Rare" today in most libraries out there. A MUST buy!

Hi there, Just to let you know that this ia a must-have for music playing!! Greetings fromt the Netherlands. Recently stumbled on this program and I love it.
DID Not Want To Even Look At This
I remember when Skippy first started talking about this little toy he came up with. I had already brought 80% of his libraries and some I have not used… just listen to all the cool sounds. So me the wife and Skip all agreed to just use the sounds you have and the sound that come with the plugins like Omnipherer, Native Instrument and so on.
Well the wife is gone for good and 90% of all the pluginGuru new videos always has this little Unify toy he keeps talking about…. So I looked into it and I am so mad i listened to the wife or skippy, Now I am like a year or 2 behind. Unify….. is and will always be my first go to plugin in.
This little toy has grown up to be a BAS…. close your mouth… music making machine. half way learn it, and you will be hooked for life.
I would give it 100 stars but it keeps me from getting to work on time from playing it all night so i will give it 50 starts…..lol
